what if we had a team vs. team game. I.E. Us verses No Alleigance.
I figure it would test our skills more.

Before we can play against other teams, we need to play against each other. But thats a good idea for down the road. Remember, we are a very fresh team. Most other teams have been together for a few years. We need to learn how each individual acts under pressure, and their strengths and weaknesses., for us to be a solid team. And of course effective. 'Cause the last thing i want is to totally be owned by another team because we are aruguring over who leads what.

I am more than happy to take lead when going through the trees. I don't mind getting shot first.
But, totally. The only problem is is that how are we ever going to get the whole team together.

That will have to be solved with time. Alot of our members (according to corpsman) are going through tough times right now.

Like me for example. But I will be playing soon.
Once we all meat we can get to know each other and be more concerned on making it to games.

I am sure that all the big and important teams started out like we are right now.

squad leaders are most likely going to be Nick and Matt. but yes we need to play a game against each other before we jump into the team vs. team thing.

yes we need to play a game together, but more importantly we need to train as a team that way we're not just going in winging it... we need to develop tactics, statigies, etc... and jbear, a dead hero is a dumb hero. your mission, other then to obtain victory via team wok, is to stay alive... dont just throw your name into the hat for a suicide mission when it has no purpose other then your commanders were bored and wanted to see some action...

It is better than wasting you bbs hiding behind a piece of wood waiting for them to come to you. The only way to win is to advance forward. It takes a lot of balls to run out in front of everyone trying to convince the little kids that charging is the only way to win. Everyone gets shot anyways, hiding or fighting. I figure I might as well take a few with me.
If I had friends and a team with me it would be different. If you don't have a team there is no way you can organize an attack and stick to it. People will desert to fight somewhere esle and the only choice you have is to try to make as much of a dent as you can and return in a few minutes to do it again.

This is why I hate the respawn thing. Cause then people say, oh, well i'll just get them when i come back. NO... it's suppose to be milsim, not a video game, and that its OK to be killed cause you'll just come back. That makes me angry

Well, it would make me angry, along with over a hundred other people if I had to stand around for an hour for a game to end. Remember, airsoft is a game not real life, you are aloud to have fun.

it pays to have a strategy that doesn't get you killed. i'll admit, theres a time for charging ahead to inspire noobs like on noob day, but that always gets you killed whether its called for or not.
point is, we are going to use tactics, not bum-rushing them each time. thats just stupid and doesn't even work if you are playing a video game. i don't like to be hit, it annoys me a lot since i have to walk a long distance with a chance of being accidentely shot by some idiot who's colorblind. the other teams are experienced players who've been doing this before i was born. we have not. just keep that in mind when you are training.

I know how to use tactics. It is just fun to be a little aggresive every once in a while and find out how much it is going to hurt.
Remember, pain is good, it is your friend. ;D

the first step is training. we could train at BK or another field. what we need to focus on is recon and stealth cause the last game we tried to do that we had an epic fail
